[HCDX] Correction fq.from the Andes

 CORRECTION -> For a typo, by errour we wrote 11400 khz
 in the previous message, but, the correct freq. is 
 11440 USB khz (moved from 11439.7 khz). 
 REMEMBER: 11440 khz USB.

 Our technician moved now the crystal to the exact fq. of
 11440 USB, and we will repeat the same stations because
 the bad propagation of the past weekend.
