Hi Guido et al,

This might be a 50 kW tx in Sukhum, Abkhazia (north-western Georgia). I
don't believe they relay Georgian Radio, as WRTH 2000 states, because
Abkhazian separatist authorities are hostile to Tbilisi government. Remenber
that Radio Rossii is heard on their SW channel, when Sukhum local studios is
off.

But this is a speculation only -- I don't hear this tx myself.
