[HCDX] 4940 today!

Hi,
Today 4940 kHz was quite different. Dominant was the Chinese and the Indian 
station. No sign of the Siberian Radio Miks-Master. Conditions really are 
strange these days! The Voice of Russia via DJK starts a couple of minutes 
after 1400 just in the middle of the programming!
