[HCDX] Unid station

Hi

At 0827 I am hearing on 4970 khz what sounds like a South American station. I am hearing a woman talking in what sounds like a form of Spanish and playing  a song that is South American sounding to me . However, I can't find any listings for South American stations on this frequency  at this time. Does anyone know who I am hearing?

I am using the Motorola R390 and the 140 longwire.Signal is very weak fading in and out.
