ECUADOR HD210A Istituto Oceanografico de la Armada, Guayaquil, 3810 khz,
0537-0601, very low signal (QSA 1-2), best heard in LSB: "...al oir el tono
seran cero hora, 40 minutos, cero segundos..."; ID at 0559 but very, very
low!!! (Canonica, Jan. 07)
