ILG states World Beacon from Meyerton in English at this time on 3230 kHz.

Hi all,
today @ 1805- utc on 3230 kHz there is a station who broadcast in english:
YM sermon-like talk - mx - religious themes - 2 YM talk -

No ID and  very loud noide and qrn in usb by ute.

It isn't Nepal, obviously.

Anyone could help me to know who is?
