[HCDX] KAVT 1680 FRESNO CA IS ON THE AIR!
KAVT is on the air on 1680 Khz tonight running rather low modulation,
Radio Disney. Per an e mail from the CE, they will be at 1 KW for a
while until they get the diplexing and 10 KW in place.
