[HCDX] CJOC 1220

Another Canadian MW station is gone.  While checking tonight I noted that
CJOC Lethbridge, 1220 khz, has left off the air, after running parallel
with their new FM for a bit less than 3 months.  Good news for me, as it
was a semi-local, but one less DX target for those further afield.
