[HCDX] missing stations

Hi, DX´ers worldwide ! 
Do any of you have knowledge, if the following stations were on the air
at the following times in the year 2000: 
AFRTS Diego Garcia, 4319 kHz, October 14 1630 - 1700 UTC 
Radio Yura, 4716,7 kHz, October 15  0000 - 0020 UTC
This question troubles me a bit at the moment
