[HCDX] 570 Pinellas Park, FL silent

The local station on  570 kHz in Pinellas Park, Florida is
silent -- but likely only briefly.

The former format was audio relay of CNN Headline News, but
beginning next week it is supposedly become an affiliate of
the Business Talk Radio network.  The station (WTBN now, as
per the St Petersburg Times on January 24) will also enter
into a joint venture with WFLA-Channel 8 TV, which will
provide news and weather.  (They are moving into the same
building that Channel 8 and the Tampa Tribune share.)

Very loud in absence is the Radio Reloj affiliate from Santa
Clara, Villa Clara province in Cuba local daytime (probably
second strongest Reloj outlet next to 950).
