[HCDX] Radio Jordon - 11690 at 1700

Since I am hearing Radio Israel, I thought I'd try Radio Jordon.  I
am hearing Radio Jordon (news, weather) at 11690 at 1700 UTC. 
SINPO - 32444 - RTTY interference.
