[HCDX] Winter SWL Festival Update

The fest is now a bit more than a month away.

On the live365.com netcast 'CyberShortwave Live' Dave Kirby N1DK interviews
the co-chairmen of the 'fest. John Figliozzi is up first on Sunday, February
4, discussing the in-depth preparations that make up the gathering of the
clan. The next netcast on Sunday, February 18, features Richard Cuff with
the latest updates to the fest plans, speakers, and events. Be sure to
listen. Both shows start at 1600 UTC. Get the details on how to listen, the
