The most important 4 logs : 

TATARSTAN  11915 Tatarstan awazy 0910 (finally!!) with news till 0915 in tatar 
(p) then with song program. Seems with ID at 0928 (heard on stan ) then with 
music and talks(news)  after 0940 . Signal S7 , 22432 with some QRM from R 
Turkey 11925 (S+20) and after 0930 from CNR at nearly same signal level 
Do they transmit ONLY on Sundays????

NoItice: My first log on CNR on this freq  3 weeks ago was with presumable 
listening of Tatarstan Awazy however parallel listenin on other CNR freqs shown 
i was wrong

TAIWAN 15060 Taiwan Radio/Central Radio  1147 with a varitey prog in CC  - 
talks and music and before the top of hour with ads At 1159 man IDed as Taiwan 
Radio, follwed by chinese ID as Zhongyang diantai ( central station)    and 
signal S6 Nothing on past 1500 
Staion seems to been started not more than on week If anyone knows anything more please let me know

0853 Signal S9 

NO other stations that time !
