[HCDX] Rossii on 4920?

Hi all,
now from 2250- there is a radio on 4920 with jazz mx and YM speaker that
seems to speak russian. No ID at 2300utc as I've hoped...
Anyone could say me which radio could be? Is it Radio Rossii?
