[HCDX] correct information on RTBF MW transmitters (Radio 1 & Radio Trafic)

Because of lack on clarity on the situation of the RTBF medium
wave stations, I called the responsable technician for the transmitters
and received this information (all times in UTC):

* Radio La Première (first channel - news and information):

broadcasting on 621 kHz as follows:
0345: sign-on with carrier only
0359: start of programmes
2400 (approximately): end of programmes
0010: automatic measures (check of transmitter via specific signals)
0015/0020: sign-off

* Radio Trafic (non-stop music and traffic information):

now broadcasting on:

1125 kHz via Houdeng: although the transmitter is 20 kW, they only use 10
kW
1233 kHz via Liège (tx is in city centre): power used is 5 kW
1305 kHz via Marche: power used 10 kW

About the transmitter in Marche: it is the same as the one used a few years
ago
on 1305 kHz and has been put back into service. Some people thought this
transmitter was located in Namur, but that is the target area rather than
the
true location of the transmitter, which is Marche.
