[HCDX] unid 3205,1

Hi, 
According to a DX´er in Victoria (CAN, AUS ?) the station around this
frequency seems to be PNG Vanimo back here after one year or so. 
PNG Vanimo maybe the station I heard so and so on January 15 from 2020
UTC onwards with continous talk by male. 
Its probable that Bob Hill in MA heard this same station January 27
around 2100 UTC. 
Another mystery station has been hovering around 3,285/86 for sometime
now after 2000 UTC. Could it be PNG station usually on 3,290? 
PNG station on 3,315 was excellent on February 7 from 2000 UTC onwards
here in Southern Finland.
