[HCDX] unid on 1650

Hi from Germany:

I listened on 1650 from 0630 UTC until after 0800 UTC.
There was talk all the time about communication, TV, audio etc.
No sign of WHKT, the regular one here in Europe on 1650, however on the
top of the hour at 0700 they popped up with their news. After 0700 Coast
to Coast AM. It seems there's an id for KBJD at 0800 but it was all talk,
no music heard.
Who can help?
