[HCDX] Temporary e-mail

Hi all,

My apologies to all people who (probably) sent me their info for Signal,
using e-mail stated in the bulletin header. I feel that mail forwarding at
V3 has also been suspended (all my test messages got stuck there). Until V3
becomes alive again, you may write to Signal at:
info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
