[HCDX] UNID LA 6305.8

Hi all,
6306.6-6305.9 25.3 0410-0510 I have listened now for an hour on an UNID 
LA-station (?) in Spanish. Could not copy ID because of bad modulated signal 
and bad audio. Sounds like LA, but with very much talk, just short promos 
and very little music. Help please!
