[HCDX] Chinese sts. on 7165 kHZ

Hello,

I have identified the station I reported last week on 7165 kHz as
unidentified in East Asian language. Heard this week at after 1630 but also
1730 untill 1800 when Radio Free Europe starts on this frequency in the
Rumanian language. The station identifies as "Xinjiang guanbo dientai", so
it seems that is a new frequency for the Xinjiang PBS for it programm in
Chinese.
