[HCDX] 1188 Hungary-R Liberty

In the last days, whilst checking the a01 schedules (which you may still
find on http://www.eibi.de.vu ), I heard
Radio Svoboda (Radio Liberty) in Byelorussian instead of Serbian service of
RFE, both in the morning and evenings.

Indeed their schedule includes this change, while they do not give any more
the begin and end dates of frequency use ( cf
http://sds.his.com:4000/fmds_z/schedules/cur_freqsked.txt ).
