[HCDX] CKST-1040-Vancouver BC

CKST 1040 is now running harder Top 40 oldie Rock, with promos saying
"Sports Radio" is coming, but with this temp. format the splatter is
terrible. Off the Northern Beverage, the ticks can be heard from 1010 to
1070 off all the radios.
