The reason for that 

Radio 10, Buenos Aires sent me this. After a log on 28910LSB via Fuerzas Armadas Argentinas  I sent them 
an ordinarly  letter (including my email address) together with a tape as an audio sample. 

I only used the  ordinary WRTH address, adding  the word "Redacción". Seems to have done the trick.
