Usually I can hear AIR Guwahati on this freq at this time.
Radio Sri Lanka also listed.

What I have logged on this freq is Radio Ethiopia home service.
VOBME is located in ERITREA and I haven't seen any loggings
of it being on this freq.

What makes this clandestine? It is licenced station in Angola, now
buying airtime from DTK Germany.

AIR Ranchi has been a long time on 4960.

Has there been a major rearrangement of 60 mb freqs
in India? If doing a bandscan, one should check a reliable
station list and if not hearing an id, mark station as "listed".
Within couple of minutes, as you did above, one can not
identify all those stations, and there we go...
