[HCDX] PNG(t) & R Congo on 29. 5

1- P NG 

PNG(t) hgas been logged yesterday 29.5 with a good signal at S7 max , mean S5-6 
or SINPFEMO 34233443 and times 1925- 2025 

Relatively clear from QRM just only a few carries at LSB but strong local QRN 
QSB levels of 2-4 S units  , 2.5 fades per second receptiopn requires 
relatively narow filter to get rid from QRN for sake of audibility 

Program consisted  with slow music ( jazz?) being a little faster after 1945 . 
1955 with national hymn then talks by YL then song with a multivocal end , man 
talking , a rock song 2002 YL with 'good mornging [to everybody]' then with 
nerws 2010  seems with news in vern and on 2016 with a short ( 5 min )  
children program then abt 2032 with  slow music

2. R Congo 
Congo seems off on Sunday 28 
Monday 29 , it started after 2000 ( no signal) as 1930 QRG was vacant . and abt 
2020  signal was S9+10 to 15

BY the way  most other stations on the band that time had levels at least S9
