[HCDX] Uganda 4976 off again

Hi list,
Uganda on 4976 seems to have transmitter problems once again,  not been on
air on 26th and 27th June,  how ever:

5026  27.6    1900	Radio Uganda coming with steady signals.

Few others:

5985	27.6	1845-		R Congo,  Brazzaville seems to have changed
back to this channel,  how ever was on 4765 on 26th June.
				Also Radio Tanzania on the background.

6050	27.6	1930-		tent. Radio Nigeria, Ibadan with good
signals.
