[HCDX] Bolivia on 3310

Hi !
No sincere activity here for the moment. I tried the 90 mb  tonight, so here's at least one logging.

3310   05-Jul 2350  Bolivia.  Radio Moskoj Chaski, vy good id in Spanish. Bolivian folklore. From 2358 in
                       local language (quechua ?) for 15 minutes, then Spanish again. QSA 3, but the typical thunder
                       QRMs of the season made listening enjoyment a bit difficult.
