[HCDX] BBC World Service on WNED-970

For anyone in southern Ontario or western New York who is hard-up for BBC
programming and doesn't have an internet connection, or doesn't want to use
a $1000 computer to do the job of a $100 SW radio:

 The Buffalo, NY NPR affiliate, WNED-970 broadcasts the following BBC world
service programs:

BBC Newshour, Monday-Friday, 1200-1300 Eastern local time; Saturdays and
Sundays, 1800-1900 Eastern time.

BBC World Service, nightly from 2200 to 0500 Eastern (to 0600 on Saturdays &
Sundays)

Reception of WNED is generally good in Toronto, though not as strong and
pesty a signal as the other Buffalo regional channels WGR-550 and WBEN-930.
