monster carrier lightly modulated by Arabic talk.

with jazz-rock female vocal with refrain "Fall in Love";

pre-sign-on blank carrier; audio from 2 other stations (Spain,

1530 | SAO TOME E PRINCIPE | VOA Relay, Pinheira,
JUL 9 0345 - "VOA News Now" mention, then talk about a
motorcycle company helping the Make-a-Wish Foundation;
huge signal, way over WSAI. [Connelly*B-MA]

1548 | KUWAIT | VOA Relay, Kuwait City (Kabd), JUL 12 0018 -
strong with VOA English news about the investigation of
Congressman Gary Condit and the disappearance of Chandra
Levy.  Parallel to 7405 kHz, but audio was delayed about
a second from the 7405 feed. [Connelly*R-MA]

1575 | SPAIN | SER synchros, JUL 9 0349 - Spanish teletalk;
poor to fair. [Connelly*B-MA]

1584 | SPAIN / CEUTA (?) | JUL 11 2337 - two audios here so
perhaps Ceuta back on channel (ex-1583.65).  Early receptions
were dogged by QRN from a thunderstorm just off shore: by
the time it got dark, the QRN wasn't as bad. [Connelly*R-MA]
