[HCDX] To R Union QSL hunters

To all R Unión QSL hunters:
I suppose you may hate to hear this, but I noticed a casual
frequency announcement on "Unión, la radio"
this morning ("880 y 6115 onda corta"), and so I
believe it would do more harm than good to tell them
that they are off frequency. Instead, let us 
lean back and enjoy their music as long as we can.
When the replacement gear has arrived, I am sure
we will no longer find them hovering around 6315 kHz.
