Oh, yes FEBC was on in Tagalog, mixed with English and Spanish  from 1800-1830 UTC, today Aug8, 2001, a test that was just thundering in here on 11895. S9 +30dB from Deutsche Telecom, Jülich.  The content of the px seemed to be aimed to missionaries.
