[HCDX] KSDA Guam

KSDA Agat Guam was heard Signing off at 1459 UTC today on 17720 kHz with a
fairly good signal.

The station was heard in a ninety second or so clear window.

Radio Romania signs off at 1458 UTC on 17720 kHz and Radio Canada Int'l
signs on from Xian in China at 1500 UTC on the same frequency. Thankfully in
this gap between the two transmitters KSDA Guam was heard with a full ID in
English before itself signed off at 1500 UTC
