[HCDX] africa on 90 meter

Hi,

ok, today I finally found a shop selling ferrite pieces
so I could build a transformer for the antenna and it
seems I got rid of some noise.

I managed to get the following two stations from Africa
in the 90 meter band:

3320 kHz	0240 UTC	12/9/2001 -- best on USB
	Radio Sonder Grense, South Africa
music in Afrikaans & English, commercials in
Afrikaans and some more talking in Afrikaans,
talking about Africa and social stuff

fair signal, some noise and slow repeatable
  fading, mostly solid signal

3290 kHz	0200 - 0240 UTC	12/9/2001 -- best on LSB
	possibly Namibian Broadcasting Corporation, Namibia
didn't get to confirm any station identity, but heard
a lot of african music, unfortunately there doesn't seem
to be any talking at night ... propagation conditions
exactly the same as 3320, further strengthening my suspicions

Anybody who can confirm/deny the identity of 3290 ?

regards,

Rik
