SINPO 23322 - 15-IX-2001

13.730 MHz at 1930: Koran reading (singing), and commentary on
attack against America.  Very hard to make out some of the
transmission (English) - so am not sure what was said.

Other stations on this band are fluttery, like Radio Nederland.
