[HCDX] UNID 693

693  UNID  An odd sounding language sounded Southeast European, Slavic,
maybe a bit of Russian? I don't have a clue on this one, heard from 0904
to 0909 UTC 9/21. It faded out, tried to come back and then pretty much
was gone by 0915. After 0930, JOAB showed up. I did tape this. Europe at
this hour? Or something more exotic?  (PM-OR)
