I had another fairly decent morning for TPs. But again few Filipinos.

603 HLSA REP. OF KOREA, good with talks at 1407 UTC 9/22, woman
laughing, joking KK talk (PM-OR)
639 ...... CHINA, China National Radio, good with discussion
program, with man in standard Chinese 1351 UTC 9/22 o/unid JJ stns.

last loggings. 594 was not as good either around local sunrise, noted

729 ..... CHINA, Jiangxi PBS, good with woman in standard CC. No
sign of usual JOCK at 1405 9/22 (PM-OR)
738 BEL2 TAIWAN, TaPenghu, good with woman in Taiwanese/Cantonese
(softer than stand CC) at 1420 9/22 (PM-OR)
760 KGU HAWAII, Honolulu, hrd alone at 1435 with talk show, spot
for event at hotel in Honolulu 9/22 (PM-OR)
927 UNID TAIWAN? woman ancr in Chinese type of lang., but I could
not ID it at 1351 9/22,
936 .... CHINA , Anhui, Hefei "Powerhouse" in signal with man in
standard Chinese at 1415 9/22 (PM-OR)
940 KJPN HAWAII, Waipahu, beautiful signal on top on Domestics
with very nice Japanese Pop mx at 1430, man in JJ "Japan" 9/22. The best

945 .... CHINA, China National Radio with discussions in standard
CC 1407 9/22 (PM-OR)
963 .... RUSSIA, man in Russian here at 1420 9/22. (PM-OR)
1134 UNID PHILIPPINES, topping freq briefly at 1416 UTC 9/22 with
man in Tagalog and EE "an he scores" in EE, Apparently some ball game,
crowd noises, etc. Soon lost u/Korean. (PM-OR)
1143 BEL3 TAIWAN, Kaohsiung fairly good, but 738 was better, 1422
9/22 //738, woman in Taiwanese/Cantonese. (PM-OR)
1161 HLKU REP. OF KOREA, Pusan, good and alone on channel at 1426
9/22, man in KK (PM-OR)
1557 .... TAIWAN, Family Radio, presumed the very very weak CC
talk at 1440 9/22. Still no ID possible. (PM-OR)

EWE antenna
K9AY antenna
I might note that this morning the K9AY antenna out did the EWE at
times. The EWE was always "louder" but the K9AY had less sideband
splatter. Earlier sessons in the week, I did not find the K9AY working
near as well, except at the top part of the band. HLAZ-1566 & VOA-1575
both were better on the K9AY.
