[HCDX] Asian activities

Hi there - two questions especially to DXers in Asia:

On which frequency is PBS Quinghai, China, active? While BBCM listed 3950
6260 9780 kHz (but said "frequencies unconfirmed" at the same time), ILG
lists 3950, 6260 also, additionally 6500 kHz, but 9780 as inactive.
What's true - 6500 or 9780?

Is Xizang still active on 4035, 4750 and 4820? The NDXC site does not list
them anymore, in fact there is no transmission listed from the tx in Lhasa
at all. "Tibet People's Broadcasting Station" is used as a programme name
instead of a tx location now, boadcasted from the tx locations in Baoji and
Xian.
