Hallo!
I also heard the same station 07 October at 2015 UTC as OID on 1593 kHz. I guess China /Xinjiang also for that log. Talk in Chinese and music. signal = 2-3. Not // 5060 kHz.

Hi, the eyes and ears are on Central Asia, and I had some share of it last night.

1593 11 Oct  0004 China, Xinjiang. There seems to be nothing European on
                       this frequency at this time. But two other stations , very hard to identify heard .
                       One with Chinese music and songs but the language talked didn't fit with the
                       music. First an orchestra version of "It never rains in southern California" 
                       camouflaged into Chinese harmonies. Not  in // with 5060. An id at 0005 really 
                       says "Xinjiang.........". Fair signal.

                      0015  Tent.  Uzbekistan. Xinjiang got heavy competition from another
                      station in Central Asia. "Daybreak music" of the kind that western TV- px
                      makers love to accompany sceneries from this part of the world with.The
                      WRTH lists a regional Uzbek station here. So why not ?. A speculation
                      of course. Fair to weak.
