[HCDX] Radio Tsentr

Hi DX friends, 

from Trollhättan, Sweden.

1503 23Oct 1345 Radio Tsentr, Moscow almost alone here with a program in
                      English  (Christian Voice style) but fading out momentarily 
                      while giving adresses at 1358, soon back w/ ids and id jingle at 
                      1400 in Russian. Long, spoken, program in Russian followed.
                       Iran // 15084 was there too, but weak.   

                      Any known QSL policy ?
