[HCDX] Slovakia: Presov 1071 kHz

Hi,

Presov on 1071 kHz heard by me on Monday OCT 29 in Ruthenian between
1600-1700 UTC.
On Tuesday OCT 30 at the same time there was a program in Ukrainian.
Slight difference between these two languages - Ruthenian has more Slovak
words and even some Czech words. I am affraid it is very difficult to
distinguish to non-slavic listeners...

This program for national minorities produced in Presov is on the air via
two transmitters only:
Presov (= Preshov) 1071 kHz (40 kW)
Snina/Stakcín (= Stakcheen) 864 kHz (1 kW)

QRM on 1071 kHz: Czech Radio 6, tx Hradec Králové (10 kW, in Czech). This
station has political comments most of the time, while the Ruthenian
minority program has a lot of folk music.

Presov 1071 kHz relays regional prgr from Kosice (= Koshitse) before 1600
UTC.
1700 UTC: a nationwide newscast of Slovak Radio  // 702, 1098 kHz...
