[HCDX] malaysia radio 4

Hi,

propagation on the 41 meter band is kind of nice today, so
I'm "comfortably" listening to the breakfast program of Malaysia
radio 4 in English, unfortunately the splatter from other stations
is just strong enough to drown out most of the talking, but the
music seems to make it ok

	to			on radio 4 / at 23:00 news with station ID

Propagation:  Before 22:40 the fading was somewhat fluttery,
  after Malaysia moved into the grey zone noise levels increased
  but fading got less.
