[HCDX] Radio Rossii address

Does anyone have an e mail address for Radio Rossii? Does anyone know
their QSL policy? I had several of the longwavers in this morning
including a couple that had been reported silent like 153 & 279 kHz.  At
least it is worth a try. I have some pretty good details.
