[HCDX] KAST 1370 ASTORIA OR

Our local KAST was off the air most of Sunday. Apparently they were
working on the directional system or transmitter. For the past several
weeks (at least) the station had no difference in signal between day &
night (They are non directional day/directional to the NE/SW nights). I
am in their SW lobe, so the signal once again is normal at night, maybe
a bit stronger. This might be a DX possibility for European or South
Pacific DXers.
