[HCDX] New poatal rates!

Can someone tell me want is the rate for a single letter to Canada from
the US.

The Canadian postal rates changed January 2002 so I was just wondering if
the same hold true from the US to Canada.

Letter rates for 1st class letter with Canada are now 47cents and to the
US 65 cents.
