[HCDX] MEGA Radio on 738 kHz

Hi,
today (18 JAN) I heard MEGA Radio of Germany on 738 kHz which should be
Stuttgart-Hirschlanden.

I am not happy of it because 738 kHz always was my "spanish" frequency, with
the strongest signal from Spain, especially now in winter.

Stuttgart was among those 7 planned MEGA Radio frequencies; another one is
1386 kHz (Würzburg) - also a nice channel.
