TURKMENISTAN   4930.00  Turkmen Radio, Asgabat  0322  Continuous light
classical music. Announcements by woman in presumed Turkmen, ID at 0324.
Program change at 0330, which was introduced by gongs then music and
announcements read by a man. Good signal with little fading. Lower sideband
was missing, making AM reception muddied. Best heard in USB. (Fine 21 Jan)
