talks by female announcers. IDs given by a woman at 0246, 0251 and 0301: "This
is Radio Iraq International." Booming signal with little QRM, if any, but a
few spots of dropped carrier. Audio was typical Middle Eastern-overmodulated
voices with a little hum. (Fine 31 Jan)
