[HCDX] URUGUAY: Extended sked for Em. Ciudad de Montevideo has begun

URUGUAY 6010.5 Em. Ciudad de Montevideo 0245 extended sked has begun. Hrd
here with Carnival contents. They will be on the air on an extended sked for
roughly a month, in ocassion of the Carnival season that extends for a
month. So normal sked while testing on this new fqcy that had run 1500-1800
goes as late as 0300 or even later of the following day. 9650 not heard.
