They are most probably located in western China (Tibet, Xinjiang).

BTW - be aware of abbreviations:
programs on 4800 and 4820 kHz come from CNR - China National Radio (domestic
service).
Abbreviation for foreign service is CRI - China Radio International.
Your "RCI" can be confused with RCI - Radio Canada international.
