[HCDX] VOA on 4760 till 1700 today

Just a little before( ended 1700)  i have heard a farsi  transmission from VOA 
starting from 1630 after a VOA esecial english  prg At start i thought it was  a 
turkic pang but the characteristics afterwards  were of farsi  or dari .

Program ended on 0700 with 1 minute carrier . Could not find ID at end.  
Signal 24433 partial QRM  by R tirana at 6100 Liangas 7.3.2 

USA 7580 WHRA ( by ILG) 0714 commemntary by OM mainoyin TV 
proigrams , Advert of NSA 24232 . Strong local QRN made me difficult after 
wehile even with heads to listen Liangas 7.3.2
